l        Applied to the partial weather detection, the X-band pulse Doppler radar can accurately detect the short-term weather situation and change trend in the specific places. It can detect not only the height, thickness, bottom elevation and internal water content of a precipitation cloud but the flow field radial component of a precipitation cloud and the air current and turbulent flow active regions in a storm. In addition, it has the functions of real-time detection and warning of catastrophic weather such as the medium and small-sized storms, hails, powerful wind shears, cyclones, tornadoes and gales. It can provide correct and timely guidance for the artificial weather influence (such as precipitation enhancement or elimination);

l        It can be equipped with an automatic weather station to realize the accurate measuring and recording for the needed meteorological elements.

l        It can be equipped with a video meeting sub-system to shoot and record the field audio and video data and to realize the visual interaction with the service center.

l        It can be provided with GPS orientation and positioning equipment so as to accurately provide time and space references for the data detected.

l        It can be equipped with a satellite communication sub-system to assure the real-time and complete uploading of the data detected and the field audio and video data and to download and receive the needed supporting weather data in the larger regions. It is necessary to equip the mobile weather emergency support system with vehicles of great power and necessary generator(s) for field operations and to try to provide a broad space and a comfortable working environment. The vehicles should have subsidiary facilities about hydraulic leveling, air-conditioning adjustment and electric push, draw and hoisting, grounding for lightening, night illumination, etc.
